Gran Paradiso: soggiorni in chalet

Overall: Came for a winter skiing week with 3 adults and 2 children. Everyone was very satisfied with this very nice chalet -- but prepare yourself for some low ceilings. Pros: Larger than we were expecting. Split toilet and shower helps with larger group. Lots of places to dry your wet items. Area outside for kids to play in snow with toys and sled(ge)s available. Sheltered picnic table just outside the front door. Able to borrow a variety of cooking equipment for making local delicacies. Extremely helpful host. Beautiful interior and exterior. Cons: You WILL bump your head on the large ceiling joist over the beds in the 3-bed room. No matter how much you think you have learned where it is, you haven't. On the last day while packing achieved concussion level impact with this joist, despite a week of experience. Other low areas such as over stairs could be an issue for a taller person. Garage has limited space for accessing vehicle and we parked only half into the garage.

Voiture recommandée, à quelques kilomètres de St Gervais. Le logement est agréable, fonctionnel, correspond à la description. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la vue, splendide !

Un chalet fantastique, aménagé avec soin et goût. Les pièces sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La cuisine comporte tous les ustensiles dont on peut en avoir besoin. Jean-Luc était très gentil, disponible et flexible. C'est une magnifique location, très bien localisée pour profiter de toutes les activités environnantes.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Alessandro’s chalet. The place is absolutely lovely—beautifully built with extraordinary views, peaceful surroundings, and an atmosphere full of warmth and positive energy. It’s perfect for a family, a couple, or a group of friends like ours to relax, connect, and enjoy the stunning nature all around. Whether you’re into hiking or ski touring, the surrounding mountains are just spectacular. Even though it’s about a 20-minute drive from Aosta city, the unique charm and serenity of the chalet more than make up for it. You can feel how much love and care Alessandro and his family have poured into creating this fantastic retreat. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be recommending it to many of our friends. Nous étions 5 couples et avons loué les 2 appartements, du coup nous étions bien à l aise. Les logements sont très bien équipés au niveau vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Ceci étant très rare lors des locations, c est vraiment très agréable pour nous qui cuisinons. Une navette gratuite pile en face du chalet est apprécié puisque sinon il faut aller à Valmorel ou sur les pistes en voiture. Les logements sont simples et pratiques, bien chauffés, lumineux.... Le prix nous a semblé un petit peu élevé, mais nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour. Une bonne location à garder en mémoire.

Marlene est une très bonne hôte, très réactive et très sympathique ! Le logement est très bien située, bien équipé et très agréable, rendant le séjour parfait ! Centre-ville accessible à pied, de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité et de nombreuses à visiter sans trop de trajet. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Keith is an excellent host and is very helpful with getting you acquainted to the Chamonix town. This was a beautiful Airbnb with a perfect location into town. I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely rent it again. Perfect for family and friends. We had 7 guests and we all got to have our own while only one person had to share their bed. Thank you for the stay Keith

Nous avons séjourné, mes amis et moi, 3 nuits dans ce chalet de standing et nous avons tous été très satisfaits. La pièce à vivre est très spacieuse et conviviale, les chambres sont top et possèdent chacune une salle de bain privée. La piscine intérieur est vraiment le plus du chalet, parfaite après une belle journée de ski. Très bon emplacement. Restaurant magasin boulangerie à proximité. Nous le recommandons à toutes et à tous.

Warren and his home were the perfect place for my friends and me to experience Chamonix. He was incredibly helpful with our planning and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The home is in an ideal location, walking distance to downtown and right in front of a bus stop that takes you to all the mountains. 5 out of 5 can’t recommend it enough!

Jon’s place was beautiful — great views and all of us were very comfortable. The sweet town of Argentière was very walkable, which was super nice as well. I believe it may actually be a ski in/ski out if there was more snow snow once you get to the trails, but we found ourselves walking about 20 minutes to the closest lift. We didn’t get the catered package, which is what they prefer and encourage. We did have a bespoke meal from one of their chefs which was absolutely delicious and would recommend. I loved waking up with I our amazing view of Grand Montet and felt like the chalet was a very special find. Many thanks Jon and team!

Le chalet est parfait avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, La localisation est également bien car le chalet se situe dans un quartier paisible à 20 minutes à pieds seulement du centre de Chamonix et 10 min des remontées mécaniques de Flégère

eravamo in 10 persone ed abbiamo trascorso la nostra settimana bianca in questo chalet ed è stata piena soddisfazione per tutti. la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita (10 minuti in macchina) è ottimale e ci ha permesso di sfruttare a pieno tutta la bellezza della Via Lattea..... questo chalet si trova arroccato nel piccolo borgo di Villardamond , Ci sono molte scale all'interno ed una lunga passeggiata un po' ripida dal parcheggio che crea qualche problema specialmente all'arrivo ed alla partenza per la movimentazione dei bagagli....comunque nel complesso, ottimo!. gentilissima l'host che si è preoccupata sia all'arrivo che durante la nostra permanenza che tutto fosse in ordine e comunque sempre disponibile a risolvere le nostre richieste...tutto perfetto.

Just got back from great trip to Chamonix. Steven's place was perfect, lots of room for us all. The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing after long days in the mountains. Iwona, the host is a superstar and was able to answer questions throughout our stay. House is a 30 mins walk to town or very short ride, we caught the train in and walked home one night was was very doable. thanks for a great stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Josiane ; le cadre est très beau, le logement est calme et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié l' accueil convivial de notre hôte et son sens de l'hospitalité. L'emplacement du logement nous a permis de faire de très belles randonnées et d'accéder au coeur du village facilement sans prendre la voiture.

Emplacement idéal ! Le logement est superbe ! c'était idéal pour un couple avec un enfant. Hélène et Quentin était trés réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. Merci encore pour ce séjour !

Le chalet de Pascal est convivial et extrêmement paisible, vous êtes bercé par le bruit de la rivière et le calme de la montagne. Les équipements à disposition dans la maison permettent de cuisiner tous les petits plats de la montagne. Les remontées sont à 5 minutes, seulement le domaine de Saint Colomban est excentré du domaine des sybelles. Je recommande vivement ! Pascal est un hôte à l’écoute et bienveillant.

Es war wunderschön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war vorhanden. Garten und Terrasse sind sehr groß und der See in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. C'était merveilleux! Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise, tout était là. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très grands et le lac est accessible en quelques minutes

Très bon séjour dans un petit mazot savoyard, environnement très paisible et très beau avec une vue magnifique, de belles promenades à proximité. Tout le nécessaire pour 2 personnes, avec petit balcon et table dans le jardin. Nous recommandons !

Chalet idéalement placé à val claret avec de grandes ouvertures qui donnent sur la montagne, en pleine nature et à deux pas du centre ville. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour à 9personnes!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this chalet in Tignes. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking mountain and lake views and easy access to everything you need. The property itself is beautiful: spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Also the kitchen is equipped for 17 people. One minor note for future guests: we noticed that the local foxes were quite active and managed to break into the trash bags we left outside, causing a bit of a mess. This wasn’t an issue with the property or the hosts at all, just something to keep in mind and perhaps secure the trash more tightly or store it indoors until collection day. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this chalet to anyone visiting Tignes. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for such a memorable stay!

Dès notre arrivée Jérôme et Laëtitia se sont montrés attentionnés et disponibles pour nous faciliter l'accès à leur logement malgré une fête au village. Le logement est bien conçu et bien équipé, lumineux et moderne. La terrasse est agréable : ombragée et arborée avec une belle vue tout en étant située au coeur du village. L'emplacement est idéal, on gare la voiture et on peut tout faire à pied : balade au village avec commerces et restaurants, départs de randonnées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos deux enfants et nous en avons pris plein les yeux, les paysages sont superbes. On recommande ! Merci à Jérôme et Laëtitia et bonne continuation.
