With over a 1/2 acre of land this 964 sqft space offers a fully appointed kitchen and large living room with comfortable sectional to take in the lake views. The King size bed allows the worries to drift away. Large walk-in shower and bathroom attached. USB charging throughout along with WIFI. Lake is drawn down, mid-Sept - April, meaning water level during this time may be nonexistent. Boat launch at end of road.

Watermark Lake House

Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Cabin is 550 sq feet, so perfect for a romantic getaway, small family or small fishing trip. Parking on site for 2 cars with steps leading to the house.

Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
