Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. Walk down to the water's edge and dive in or take a Kayak or paddle board for a ride. We have a brand-new boat dock where you can bring your own boat or rent a boat instead, there is a marina 7 minutes away and you can pull the boat right up on our dock. After a long day, sit around the fire pit and enjoy s’mores! Want to enjoy Gatlinburg but not stay right in the middle of it. We are an hour from there! Enjoy the best of both worlds.

Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The house is nestled among huge hardwood trees with a beautiful view of Lake Cherokee. A perfect get away for nearly any season, the cabin offers something for everyone. The cabins interior is comfortable and cozy. The home is more of an experience to disconnect and enjoy nature. The large deck overlooking the lake makes for a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. It is nestled under the trees and feels like you are in a tree house.

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Enjoy nature & serenity on beautiful Norris Lake at this lakefront treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently at full pool (read “Guest Access” info for seasonal water levels). Hot Tub on main house deck open year round for guests. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas. Hosts live in main house, but you likely won’t see them.

Cozy cabin with four bedrooms and two full baths with large kitchen and great room to enjoy Christmas with loved ones. When the weather is cooler, you can sit inside and see the lake views through the bay window, or sit outside by the fire pit. There is plenty of parking and space to bring your boat. Norris Lakefront Getaway near Beach Island

Our lakefront home "Ole Charleston" sits in a quiet cove with year-round water and a private boat dock. Convenient location just 1 mile off Maynardville Highway down Hickory Valley Road. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Bubba Brews Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

The Black Pearl on Norris Lake

Beautiful home located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake in the Dodson Creek Cove! This property has a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with several steps. No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.
