This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Nestled in the NH mountains on a babbling brook (yes literally!) with a mountain view, our newly renovated 700 sq ft cabin is a perfect place to unwind. Come sit on the deck, under the porch or by the fire pit and enjoy the sound of the brook and the mountain scenery! Dogs are allowed with host approval. $30 pet fee per stay. By booking you understand and agree to the house rules and cancellation policy.

Downstairs includes a spacious dining room with full kitchen, a second bathroom and two bedrooms each with a full-sized bed. Easy access WiFi and two flat screen TVs with DVD players and movie collection for rainy afternoons. Outdoor fire pit, hiking trails, and fish pond guarantee a unique, peaceful experience.

Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."
