Comfortable living room with TV. Half bath with washer and dryer for your convenience. Off street parking.

Private entrance. You have a completely updated/ remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

The Barn House is a beautifully repurposed barn that provides breathtaking surroundings inside and out. Whether a group of 6 or 18, the Barn House provides you the space and privacy to be together and yet have separate spaces if you need them. The yard gives you room for games and gathering, and a fire under the stars at night. The views for all seasons are amazing, and though large in size, the Barn House offers a special coziness you will treasure along with the forever memories you make.

Cozy cabin & 1/4 acre pond. We're sure you’ll love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children or pets, and must be 21+ to book. Outdoor space, gas grill, gas fire pit. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

Coyle Farms Retreat

Bring the whole family to this little slice of country heaven. We are close to the Field of Dreams (about 9 miles away). You will have the whole manufactured home to yourselves. Owners are right next door if you need anything. You are welcome to use our swim spa and patio area located at the back of our house. Just set up a time with us that you would like to use it so we can give you some privacy. Lots of yard space for the kids to play.

The garage is used as storage at the moment and is not accessible to guests.
