Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

House Jardin is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

Our house with 3 apartments, (2/ 40m2, 1/17m2), is situated in the Center of Zadar, 10 min. walk from the Old town Poluotok. It has its own car parking place, place for grill and a terrace. 100 m further are a big shopping centers: Interspar, Decathlon..huge Sport Center,and 5 min driving to Supernova, big shopping center. Cinema and caffe bars, green market and pharmacy is 5 min driving.The closest beach is 5 min driving.The house has a studio for massage and sauna. Sauna is for free.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.
