La villa con una superficie abitabile totale di 100 m² è situata su una proprietà recintata di 200 m². La superficie abitabile della villa è composta da 2 appartamenti. Il primo appartamento è diviso in un soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, due camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli) e un bagno con doccia. Il secondo appartamento è diviso in un soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.
