The Island of Pag has the most indented coast of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea (270 km) and 84 km of the coast are gravel & sand beaches. The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. Questa moderna villa con piscina per 6-8 persone si trova nella zona dell'isola di Vir chiamata Straža. La villa con una superficie abitabile totale di 100 m² è situata su una proprietà recintata di 200 m². La superficie abitabile della villa è composta da 2 appartamenti. Il primo appartamento è diviso in un soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, due camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli) e un bagno con doccia. Il secondo appartamento è diviso in un soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. In entrambi i soggiorni, in entrambi gli appartamenti, c'è un divano letto per un'altra persona ciascuno. Nel cortile della villa c'è una piscina (22,5 m² ) attrezzata con sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e doccia esterna, nonché una terrazza coperta di 12 m² con mobili da giardino e barbecue. Aria condizionata, accesso internet wireless, TV satellitare, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, culla e seggiolone e parcheggio nella proprietà sono disponibili gratuitamente. Il negozio e il ristorante distano 350 m, mentre il centro dell'isola di Vir dista 2000 m. La spiaggia più vicina, la spiaggia Miljkovica, dista 450 m dalla tenuta.

Our family house is situated near the center of Pag, in an oasis of peace and silence. It takes you a few minutes to the beautiful beaches. In our house you can find accommodation in well-arranged apartments with big terraces with beautiful view on the sea and city, with heated pool. You can also enjoy your time in large open space with grill. Spend your holidays in our apartments and enjoy the beaches and the natural beauty of our island Pag. The pool is available from mid-May to early October.

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
