The apartment has been recently renovated and is ready to receive guests from all over the world. It is located on the ground floor of a family house, with a separate entrance and a large terrace. It consists of one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living room. The location of the apartment is very close to the center of the island and the town of Vir. All important places for everyday life can be visited on foot; shop, butcher, market, restaurants, cafes, beach, clinic, post office, church..

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

In the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, an economy room with a clothesline, an extra fridge, an ice maker. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and access to the roof where there is a terrace with deck chairs and a whirlpool. Each room has internet TV, wardrobe and sea view. The main room has en-suite bathrooms, while the rest of the rooms have a shared bathroom. The living room has a cable TV and a bluetooth speaker, various comic books and board games are available.
