The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a washing machine, kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area and a large living room with a fireplace. From the living room there are 2 exits towards a large terrace with sea view. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms (all with balconies, 2 with sea view) and a second bathroom. There is also a large Mediterranean garden around the house with fresh figs and lemons. Wi-Fi is available in the whole house.

Dear Guests, apartment Ana is located between the city center (city square is 5 min away by foot) and beach Zagazine (5 min by foot) in a really quiet one-way street. If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

Appartamento Dani 1, recentemente decorato, situato in una posizione tranquilla a Lussinpicolo, al primo piano. Si compone di una camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno con divano letto, zona pranzo e cucina completamente attrezzata. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Zagazinjine e dal centro citta a 270 m. Ha anche un balcone. Il parcheggio si trova vicino all'edificio. Dal appartamento ci vogliono solo pochi minuti per raggiungere il centro di Lussinpiccolo.
