Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! The house is located in a historic, green and quiet area, close to the town center. From the terrace one can always admire at various types of aromatic plants and flowers of our garden. With beautiful view on the hill and church of Saint John , the tower and the church of Our Lady of Angels built in year 1510. The house is perfect for families and couples. Size of the house is approx. 70 square meters. There is a big terrace covered with kiwi and grape leaves. Private parking 550m.

This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life.
