Basement studio This studio is located in the basement of the house but has natural light from 2 windows. It does not have direct access to outdoor but from a stairs you can access to the garden and the heated swimming pool. The studio has everything you need for your stay, kitchen, bath room, 4k smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime, ...) The house has 5 apartments and one studio and is 100m from the sea. My place is close to centre, family-friendly activities. First restaurant is just 3mins walk.

Apartment 1 This apartment is located on first floor of the house and offer a space of 45m2 and a large terrace of 16m2 with a beautiful open sea view on the bay with the Island of Košljun. The house has 5 apartments and one studio. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

Studio La Vita è bella (2 person)

Newly renovated studio La Vita è bella is a size of 25m2 and is in the basement of our family house. It is located 300m from the beach,100 m from restaurants, 300m from store and 800m from city center. The studio has a kitchen and bathroom, tv,cabel(sat), free air condition and a free wi-fi. Parking is available right in front of the house and terase too. In the house we also have a massage salon. Our guest are able to get massage services as the discounted price.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.
