Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Our house is a lovely 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with great views over Gracetown. It's a leisurely 5 minute walk to the beach. The extensively renovated house is spacious, light, bright and really comfortable. Gracetown Views has been loved by many guests since 2015 and will suit couples, families and travellers. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

Saltair - Gracetown

Saltair- Gracetown is a quintessential relaxing beach house within a short walk to the beach and surf breaks. It is a family friendly house, with bunks for the kids, a large lawn, table tennis on the back deck and a selection of toys and board games. For the adults, the large deck has views of the ocean, a large dining table and a daybed. Whether it's swimming, surfing, hiking, fishing, or sampling some of the regions finest wines, it’s all at your doorstep.

Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Located right in the small town of Cowaramup with an easy 5 minute walk to great coffee shops. Positioned to take in the views of nearby farmland and dam and its birdlife. Close to wineries and a 15 minute drive to the coast. Our guest reviews say it all! We cannot accommodate children or pets.
