Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest, most charismatic, trendy, and beautiful neighborhoods at the top of the highest hill with amazing views of the city. An open-air cafe, open late into the night in summer, is a favorite with young locals. Bus 28 Bus 734 ( Martim Moniz/ Graça ) Estacionamento disponível Metro até ao Martim Moniz ( Linha Verde) CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: We are as flexible as possible about check-in & check-out but for cleaning/maintenance reasons, check-in is normally after 3pm and check-out at 11am. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. This apartment has car access. Parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is payed and some conditioned and reserved for residents. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the apartment. A charming, completely renovated, 18th century house in the heart of Lisbon. There is a comfortable bedroom, a living room, a small open kitchen (with fridge, microwave, toaster and juice presser) and a bathroom. You will also find a washer/dryer and wireless internet in the house. The house is located in the best area of the oldest quarter of Lisbon, Bairro do Castelo. Nearby you will be able to admire one of the most spectacular views over the city, from the Mirador de Santa Luzia. This neighborhood is located in the hill opposite Bairro Alto and is very calm, safe, well connected and close to museums, monuments and leisure areas. This cosy flat is surrounded by history, only 200m away from Lisbon's Cathedral, 100m from the Roman Theatre ruins, and 50m from the famous tram number 28 that you can catch to go up a small hill to the end of the street and find the amazing castle that named this area.

Está localizado num bairro residencial típico com restaurantes e supermercados. Fica num 2.º andar sem elevador. Todos são bem-vindos :)
