Government of Rotterdam: soggiorni in appartamento

I’ve rented the place for my parents in law and they loved it. It’s a very nice neighbour hood, outside of the city center but close to tram, metro and supermarkets.

Karin and Michiel were such good hosts. The home was just what we were hoping for. It was spacious, clean and has everything we needed to feel at home for 4 nights. It was a great base to see so much of the beautiful Netherlands. Street parking was accessible. Karen and Michiel responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We loved our stay and would recommend this home most definitely.

Marjolein's a superb host with a beautiful home (even more stunning and spacious than the photographs). It was such a treat to stay in a gorgeous property that was also child friendly. We would love to return to Rotterdam and Marjolein's home in the near future.

Jeroen’s apartment was a great place to stay! It was comfortable, peaceful, and in a walkable neighborhood just outside the city center. It was easy to get around with a tram stop nearby, and there were plenty of markets and parks close by. it was nice to come back and unwind on the cute little balcony (bonus: cats in the courtyard below)! The stairs inside the apartment are quite steep, but otherwise, it was a great home base for enjoying the city. Jeroen was super friendly and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend the place and would happily stay again!

We stayed at Laura’s with our 6yo and 2yo and had a great time. The flat is comfortable and the check in was super easy. The neighborhood is super nice (especially for families) and it’s worth mentioning that the flat is located in a main and busy street. Laura was communicative all along and helped with any questions that came up.

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

I highly recommend staying in DAniels Apartment .It,s beautiful and very comfortable , located in an incredible area close to the Best museums and parks of Rotterdam Daniel is an incredible host! Do not doubt to stay here!!! You will love it!!

Aardige en behulpzame host. Duidelijke overdracht. Prima verblijf voor twee (werkende) personen. Ruim en netjes. Ik zou dit zeker aan collega's aanraden en opnieuw boeken indien we werk in de omgeving hebben.

As host already mentioned that in case of mobility issue please do not prefer this place. There are stairs to go up. I am fit so this was not a problem for me 😂. Wifi is too week as I have used my mobile data so no problem for me but please consider asking the host about the current status of Wifi. Rest was Clean, beautiful and great accommodation. I really like their home 🖤.

We had a great stay at Marije's cosy and comfortable appartement. Close to the metri station in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

Pleasant, quiet residential neighborhood. Small grocery store next door. Beautiful apartment, nice terrace and well equipped kitchen. Short bike ride or easy walk major shopping and train station, quick ride to Rotterdam Centraal. Kamran met us on arrival, and was extremely friendly and helpful the whole time. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues which he came and fixed immediately. We chose this place to visit our kids who live nearby, and we would gladly stay here again.

Clean apartment, good location. Near by the main road but very quiet. Perfect base for exploring Rotterdam. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Alloggio molto bello e tranquillo. Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della maratona e la casa aveva tutto ciò che serviva per stare comodi. Ci siamo spostati facilmente con i mezzi facili da raggiungere.

I had a wonderful time in Rotterdam! Since I was in the city for a research trip, Laila’s place offered everything that I needed: a place to work, a small kitchen to prepare my own meals, and a great connection to the rest of the city (by bus, tram or bike). I loved Charlois. The neighborhood has a lot of character, and I was glad to be in the middle of it all. Also, the communication with Laila was easy, and I felt very comfortable.

Ester and her husband are very friendly people. I asked Esther to check the shower on the first day and she did it as quickly as she could. The place is exactly like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare whatever you want. I would just like to say that one of the stairs to the room is very steep. If you have any mobility difficulties, it is best to speak to Esther before making your reservation. I also recommend carrying a mosquito repellent if you are bothered by mosquitoes.

es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Das Haus von Ali und Michelle ist supergemütlich und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mitten in der Großstadt. Den kleinen Garten haben wir für den morgendlichen Kaffee auch wunderbar genießen können. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten jede Menge kleine Restaurants, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel sehr gut erreichen. Das Haus ist also in einer Toplage, weil ruhig uns trotzdem gut angebunden. Ali und Michelle waren immer sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr gut willkommen geheißen. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern oder auch eine Gruppe Freunde. Die Tips für Parken, Schlosscode und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren auch sehr hilfreich! Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt, gerne jederzeit wieder!

We rented this flat because it was very child-friendly. Besides that it has a wonderful view of the city. My kids were amazed by the skyline! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The flat is very well located: one can walk almost everywhere or take the public transport very easily. Since it is in the heart of the city, it can be pretty noisy at night, but it gets quiet around 23h. I can highly recommend this flat for families!

We had a great stay at Michael’s townhouse in Schiedam. The house has three nice bedrooms, is very well-equipped with everything you might need, and is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s also very convenient for getting to Rotterdam city center and the train station with easy access to The Hague and Delft. We noticed there were a lot of toys available, making it a great option for families. Overall, we highly recommend staying here!
