Government of Amsterdam: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Чудове розташування, чисте та нове помешкання, гарна тераса. Знаходиться біля гарного парку. До центру 20хв пішки,поряд зупинки трамваю. Є пекарня, продуктові магазини зовсім поряд. Це помешкання краще для двох людей, диван не дуже зручний як для спального місця. У ванній поганий стік води. В цілому залишились задоволенні.

I attended in the winter with my wife and toddler and we had a blast. It was cold and wet but it didn’t dampen our mood. There’s so much within walking distance and the apartment is wonderful. There’s an entire wall of toys which our daughter adored. The second bedroom has the most delightful cot with a little canopy so our daughter felt like she had her own little house. Notes for parents, the stairs are steep but the child gate is excellent. The entrance to the house can be tight if you have a large stroller like ours. We should have brought something smaller really. It’s a great place and we had a great time!

It was a spotless place, just a 5-minute walk from Centraal station. There are lots of restaurants around here, and the red district is less than 5 minutes away. The room and bathrooms were smaller, but I will call them typical European-style sizes. Our unit, #6, was on the 3rd floor, a minor issue for my wife. The location was great. I would recommend it to anyone unless you cannot climb the stairs.

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

I really enjoyed staying at Stanislava’s place. It’s a very nice apartment equipped with everything one would need. Stanislava is very friendly and flexible, an exceptionally great Host. Absolutely recommended!

Eine kleine, aber saubere Wohnung auf 2 Etagen in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Ein Mini-Garten/Terasse. 7 min. bis nächster Tramhaltestelle und dann ca.25 min bis zum Zentrum. Aldi und Jumbo - ca.7-8 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio und Fiecke war perfekt!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Mabel has a beautiful house that is quiet even though the train station is right across the street. Everything was as described and Mabel was right there when we needed something. I can't recommend this house enough. Perfect size for 3 couples.

What an amazing home and guest experience! Antoinet was so lovely. The home was well equipped and welcoming. The nicest surprise was her shuttle from the airport where we got to know her and she told us all about transit (which is very easy) and some local recommendations. From start to finish, this experience was excellent. Her communication and kindness is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend it to anyone. Antoinet is the ultimate host!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno a Diemen: la casa di Fons era spettacolare. Accogliente, pulita, gli spazi ampi. Fons un padrone di casa magnifico: sempre disponibile con consigli e indicazioni, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa nostra, lasciando a nostra disposizione 4 biciclette (eravamo in 4) e tante comodità in casa. Gli ambienti erano esattamente come in foto: la casa dava un senso di calore, come fossimo da un amico. C'era di tutto oltre i soliti the e caffè: è un segno di grande e generosa ospitalità, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Un piccolo problema con la lavastoviglie, ma Fons molto disponibile nei nostri confronti si è occupato di tutto. Raccomandiamo questa casa a cui abbiamo dato 5 stelle: pulita, curata e accogliente. Questo che rende il viaggio ad Amsterdam molto piacevole e rilassante. Fons impagabile, 5 stelle anche all'host :)

Very convenient for central Amsterdam - very spacious, safe quiet area with really good transport links

We had a great stay at the flat! It was two separate spaces which made it perfect for our family. The flat was very filled with what we needed, clean, and a great location- very walkable! Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He let us drop off luggage before check in which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future!

Beste Luis en Carla, We hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf in jullie prachtige woonst. Spijtig dat mijn man ziek werd en we jullie moesten vragen om wat langer kunnen blijven. Jullie hebben ons zo vriendelijk ontvangen en op voorhand alles duidelijk uitgelegd. We komen zeker nog eens terug als we in de buurt moeten zijn en een overnachting zoeken. Bedankt voor alles! Ane is a great host and her place is a beautiful peaceful spot to get to know Amsterdam. The stairs are steep but they are worthy of the view from above. The apartment has everything you might need for a pleasant stay , it is near the trams and a short walk from the main streets. Great stay in Amsterdam.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We had a friendly welcome to a very clean and stylish apartment. The local bars and restaurants were great and a supermarket just 3 min walk away. Isabelle was very responsive and had some great recommendations. And the chocolate and bubbles were a fantastic welcome. Thank you so much.

Joost & Amy have a beautiful apartment in a nice & calm neighbourhood in Amsterdam South. The home is tastefully decorated and has all amenities to have a relaxed stay. The area is easily reached by train and metro from the city and the airport, and has a lot of restaurants and shops. De Pijp and Albert Cuyp market is within walking distance. We had some issues with the heating but the hosts were responsive and we managed to find a solution that was acceptable to all of us.

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.

Mia was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cosy and comfortable and In a calm and beautiful area of town. Would definitely go back!

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!
