Luxuriate in our natural wood platform bed with a Casper memory foam mattress.

Quiet & spacious 960 sq ft modern, bright one-bedroom apartment with wireless high-speed internet. This private & newly renovated open floor plan & chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ideal for long stays. The apartment features a sunny deck off the kitchen and backyard for dining or relaxing. Centrally located in a tree-lined walkable neighborhood. UC Berkeley and BART in short distance. Drink your morning coffee on a sun-drenched deck and at night cozy up by the indoor fireplace.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Open the gate to a lush garden beneath a towering coastal redwood and find a cozy & gracious home away from home. Come enjoy our beautifully remodeled centrally located garden apartment. You can retreat from the busyness of everyday life and, within a few minutes walk, step back into the bustle of North Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto. We pay a 14% Transient Occupancy Tax to the City of Berkeley, registered under license# ZcSTR2017 number 76, which is included in the list price.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Private garden cottage in the heart of Berkeley's Gilman District. Located well off the street. Good quality mattress, kitchenette & small new bathroom. There's a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cottage is not set up for cooking. A short walk to Whole Foods, Biergarten, Funky Elephant, and others. The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Large light-filled studio near Fourth Street

All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.

Our modern, light-filled apartment at garden level includes a spacious main living and kitchen space, and a large bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. We have have Hepa filters in the apartment to ensure cleanliness and maximize environmental safety.

Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station.
