We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Shaws Road BnB is set in an idyllic rural setting 45 minutes from Melbourne and is a fully self-contained one-bedroom luxury apartment with a private entrance, on the first floor of the farmhouse. A hamper of breakfast items is provided together with a complimentary bottle of our estate wine. There are panoramic views of vineyards, nearby farms and the distant Kinglake Ranges. Only 15 minutes drive to the world famous Yarra Valley wineries, eateries and the Chocolaterie. Great cafes nearby!

Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets).
