Kingbilli

Hidden amidst the inland slopes of the Great Dividing Range, Kingbilli is a tranquil world designed with families in mind: where children can be children and parents can relax! Set on 200 acres of wildlife refuge and farmland, our self-contained stone cottage has 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, spacious living and a shady children’s playground just across the garden. The property is home to 100 species of wildlife, alongside a collection of friendly llamas, ponies, horses and peacocks.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Located close to snow, wineries, gourmet region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a simple limited menu is available. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. $15 per pet per /night. A private spa is available, $40 for 2 nights or part there of.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
