Boutique, historic hotel, originally a bakery. TWELVE on Albert suites are individually decorated. All four suites have their own private en-suite, king sized bed and tea/coffee making facilities, TV. Guests can enjoy the extensive beautiful gardens and includes seating on the verandah or gazebo. Cosy room in Carlton

Comfortable light-filled room with ensuite bathroom. The room is located upstairs, in a secure, private residential area of the pub. The room is equipped with all the essentials including: queen bed, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and tv. It is located just a short stroll from Lygon St and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. As the room is located above a pub and on the city fringe, there may be some noise at night, please keep this in mind when booking.

With this room, you have a choice of a king sized bed or two king sized single beds. It has a private ensuite, which contains shower, toilet and basin ( no bath), walk in robe, private balcony with beautiful views and TV. You have access to a full sized kitchen, laundry, dining area and meals balcony. This place is close enough to all the action but you get to enjoy the peace and quiet when you are here.
