The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Animal friendly Shouse - 5 Acres

Our cosy 2 Bedroom Shouse on 5 Acres is located just 1.5km to Mansfield town. Located on top of the hill with beautiful views, perfect place to relax and unwind. We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. (Please message me to confirm your animal before booking) We also have a house next door that accomadates 8 people

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Full kitchen including new oven, hot plates and fridge you can cook up a storm if you wish! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Oak Gully in Lima South

Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
