Proprietatea are o suprafata de 5200 mp, dispune de foisor, loc de gratar, fireplace, wi-fi gratuit, parcare, bucatatie complet utilata, 3 dormitoare, 2 bai, masina de spalat rufe si loc de joaca pentru copii. Fiind o casa de vacanta modesta, nu are baie in camera. Se inchiriaza in exclusivitate.
