Very nice place I would highly recommend

We had a fantastic time with our kids (ages 9 and 6) and 2-year-old Wolfhound mix! The cottage was easy to find and well-signed. Communication with Judy and Gina was great! The kids were delighted by the cattle and sheep that greeted us on our drive into the property. This is a real farm experience with animals right outside the door. The cabin is beautiful, cosy, and clean, with all the modern amenities you need. Just bring a few meals to cook for your stay. Gina was so friendly and informative as she showed us around! We kept our dog on a leash around the cabin as she was a little too interested in the ducks, but there are plenty of areas where she was able to run and play off leash where she wasn't disturbing the farm animals. The kids loved feeding the farm animals, including feeding the cows, ducks, and sheep by hand. They also loved kayaking (kayaks, paddles, and life jackets all available). Plenty to do and perfect for kids and dogs! We will definitely be back!

Thank you for such an incredible stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Goondiwindi. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Full of light and charm. The balcony and yard were perfect for enjoying the sun and there is abundant seating for large groups. The local artwork was a wonderful touch. There are plenty of bathrooms, everything is super clean, and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and things you’ll need. It is a quick walk to Cole’s and the closest pub as well as Kmart and the main strip of shops where there’re cafes and anything else you might need. About a 15-20 minute walk to the racecourse depending on the height of your high heels. Everything about this property is wonderful. Don’t miss out on a stay here!

Such a great place to stay, great to go with at least 2 families. All the kids had the best time together, so much space to explore and just relax. Got to bring our dogs too which was a plus, good stay for everyone and plenty of space inside the house too.

Absolutely loved our stay here – 5 stars all the way! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was super convenient, just a short walk or drive to town, but still felt peaceful and private. The pool was such a treat – cool, refreshing, and perfect for a morning dip or relaxing in the afternoon. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated their warm hospitality. One of the unexpected highlights was Plum, their sweet and super friendly dog who lives next door – she totally stole our hearts! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely cottage just up the street from the historic Royal Hotel. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay.
