Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

Die Zeit in der ruhigen Unterkunft war ein wunderbarer Kontrast zum quirligen Amsterdam. Unsere vom Sightseeing müden Füße und Körper haben das tolle Whirlpool sehr genossen. Fantastisch, wie einfach Monickendamm mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen ist!

Kirsten et son mari sont très gentils et accueillants. Leur maison est très agréable, joliment decorée et parfaitement équipée. L’environnement est beau et très paisible. Nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement les attentions à notre arrivée (oeufs en chocolat, fruits frais, produits de base), ce qui est peu fréquent dans les Airbnb. La proximité des dunes et de la forêt est un vrai +. Environnement dépayasant et point de chute parfait pour visiter les Pays-Bas, ce qui fut notre cas, car très central. Nous recommandons sans hesitation. Une superbe location !!!

Annette’s home was a great base to explore Amsterdam with our young family. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram with regular, quick service to Amsterdam. Stores are about 10-15 mins walk. The area is peaceful and there are beautiful views from the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living room are large even by American standards. We did not use the garage but it would be very helpful for anyone exploring further afield with a car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Melissa and her house were exactly what we wanted and needed for a 2 week trip to Amsterdam. It’s far enough away from downtown to be peaceful and not touristy. Close enough that a bus or bike ride in took us straight to the city. The house was beautiful and right on a little canal, we got to watch ducks, fish, and small boats go by. We had my two year old with us and Melissa was so accommodating to make sure we had baby gates and everything we could need for him. She gave us local recommendations for restaurants and bike rentals. She and Nick are such kind lovely people and their space was amazing to stay in. Incredible experience would absolutely recommend!

This apartment is beautiful and pretty much exactly like the pictures. The garden is a fantastic inclusion, the bathroom is as theatrically fabulous as it looks and it was lovely to be able to play the baby grand piano. The increasingly popular De Pijp area is a short walk across the bridge and we spent most of our time there. A fantastic place to stay in a brilliant location - we’ll be back.

We had a lovely stay at Martine's beautiful home and highly recommend it! We especially loved the outdoor patio, especially when the cats hung out with us. Martine communicated thoughtfully before, during, and after our stay. A few observations to help potential renters: The neighborhood was residential and comfortable, with businesses and transit a 10-15 minute walk away. We heard a comparison that this neighborhood is like Brooklyn to Manhattan, and we think this is apt. Also, unlike most vacation rentals where we have stayed, which seem to be investment properties, this is a lived-in family home, and while it was thoroughly cleaned before our check-in, and was not an issue for us, it is a different feel than some other Air BNB's. And finally, the kitties. This was a major draw for us, they required minimal care, and spending time with them at the end of a longer vacation helped us miss our own pet a little less. We are grateful for the overall experience at Martine's home!

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt. Die Gastgeber waren immer sofort erreichbar und super freundlich! Immer gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank, es war ein super schöner Urlaub. Ein tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung. Alles drin und dran was man braucht und sogar darüberhinaus! Haben es leider nicht mehr geschafft die Kanus zu benutzen. Anneke und Jan sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Heerlijk weekend met negen vriendinnen gehad. Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur en veel rust. Het huis biedt volop mogelijkheden en veel ruimte. De keuken is ruim voorzien in alles wat je nodig hebt met een grotere groep. De communicatie met Pien was heel goed!

Perfect stay! A beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Beautiful design, luxury amenities, attention to details and all in all a wonderful stay. Jolanda was super responsive and very kind. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this house with 12 people for 5 nights and we all really enjoyed it! The living room was spacious and cozy — we spent a lot of time there. The terrace was also lovely and a great place to sit and relax. There was a small construction site in the garden, but it didn’t bother us at all. It takes less than an hour to get to Amsterdam or the beach, and the surrounding area is beautiful with several supermarkets nearby. Guy was always friendly, responded to my messages super quickly, and even brought firewood without us asking. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay! Thank you so much, Guy!

Das Veluwese Eekhorn ist ein wunderschönes, kleines Haus in traumhafter Lage. Das angrenzende Waldgebiet lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen und Entdeckungstouren ein – perfekt für Naturliebhaber. Besonders angenehm: Viele spannende Ausflugsziele wie Amsterdam, der Keukenhof oder das IJsselmeer sind mit dem Auto in etwa einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden – das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Umgebung ruhig und erholsam. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns der Hottub, der den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat. Klare Empfehlung!

Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

Magnifique moment passé chez Maaike 👌 logement vraiment exceptionnel . encore mieux en vrai qu'en photos. nous avons passé 4 jours au top avec une belle literie et tous le confort nécessaire ainsi que l'emplacement vraiment très paisible . Maaike est une hôtel très chaleureuse je recommande ce logement et nous y retourneront sûrement 🤗

Het mooi verzorgde verblijf van Aneta steekt af tegenover de rest van het park. Het is mooi ingericht, veel zitplekken buiten, gezellig overal verse bloemen buiten. En je voelt je meteen welkom met een welkomstpakketje. De bedden sliepen heerlijk!! De hottub, sauna en dompelpad waren perfect!! voor 8 personen plaats genoeg. Wel goed om te weten dat het op hout gestookt moet worden, zakken hout zijn aanwezig tegen betaling. (contant) De inboedel was meer dan compleet. Aan alles is gedacht, zelfs badjassen voor iedereen. De koelkast is wel te klein voor 8 personen. De WC is los van de badkamer. Dat was prettig! Verder is het goed om te weten dat de paden erg smal zijn en dat het parkeren daardoor best krap is met grote auto's.

Un mobile home de standard bien supérieur à ce que je suis habitué en France. Le coin est tres paisible, pas loin de Harlem et Keukenhof.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Jolanda & Folko. Die Kommunikation lief super, es wurde immer zügig auf Nachrichten reagiert. Der Check in lief sehr einfach ab. Die Umgebung ist herrlich, ruhig man kann viel laufen, radeln und sogar mit den Kajaks (kannst du bei den Hosts ausleihen gegen Gebühr) auf dem Kanal entlang paddeln. Auch ist es möglich den hot tub zu buchen, das haben wir auch gemacht und es war ein richtiges Highlight während unseres Aufenthalts. Es ist auch möglich gewesen ein Feuer in der Feuerschale zu machen oder den Ofen in der Kota anzuheizen. Das Holz kostet dann nochmal separat. Wir haben das auch genutzt da wir ein paar kalte Tage hatten wo es in der Kota etwas frisch war. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt richtig niedlich und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Hosts waren super freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar.
