Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette. Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
