Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.

Primley Park is a lovely 3 bedroom house sleeping 6 in the centre of the seaside town of Paignton, with stunning views across the bay towards Brixham. It is a 5min drive, or 15 min walk to the town centre and seafront, shops, restaurants, amenities, train and bus stations. The perfect location from which to explore Torbay, the English Riviera, and beyond. Take the steam train to Kingswear or ride the slides at Splashdown! there is something for everyone all within walking distance.
