Our little family has a great stay! The place was just as described, neighborhood and all. A couple notes if you are traveling with a toddler like we were: I definitely had some nervousness about HOW beautiful and well decorated the place was once we got there, because there are some really nice and very breakable things :-) I’m glad to say nothing got broken during our stay, but there was some very close eye-keeping around certain areas. The steps are a little steep for small or older legs, especially the top step, but again we were just a little careful and all went well. Ten out of ten overall and will definitely be back!!

Greg and Nicole were awesome hosts. They were very proactice and communicative. The house was well stocked with everything a guest might need, well beyond the essentials, which was very much appreciated. Our 3 kids loved the house and everything that was there just for kids (toys and books, nightlights, sound machine, etc.) They are already asking to go back, and we very well may book with Greg and Nicole again in the future.

Our family of 2 adults and 5 kids had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. Watching the sunrises and sunsets on the lake was so peaceful and our kids loved playing outside! Private and beautiful scenery, especially with the late fall colors. We had everything we needed to cook and everyone slept great. Kids said they wished we had spent less time sightseeing and more time at the house so they could play in the backyard!

The space was clean and perfect for our boys weekend getaway. The host was responsive and easy to work with.

This was place was amazing to stay at! The house was as pictured, plenty of room/beds for our friend group, and awesome backyard with a pickleball court that’s in great condition! Frank was really responsive and such a nice host. There was even a box of donuts waiting for us as we checked in which were so delicious! (Thanks Frank!) The only thing I’d say could have been improved is that the outside grill area was not very clean (broken glass bottles, multiple dead lighters, rust build up on the grill cover, etc.) but everywhere else in the backyard was nice and tidy. Also, it’s entirely alley/street parking which got a little rough with needing to park a few cars from our group. Overall this place is definitely worth it!! And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place to any big group wanting to experience the Richmond area.

The place was private and extremely beautiful. I loved every bit about being out there at the Ecapes and would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a relaxing get away from any hustle and bustle.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Matt’s house. The space is beautiful — there are amazing views from every window and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun cooking elaborate meals. There were so many fun activities at the house — from the hot tub to shuffleboard — but there are also lots of great outings within easy driving distance. Matt was an incredibly responsive host who quickly answered any question we had. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever and we can’t wait to return!

Kendall’s place was the perfect little spot for our night in town. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Amazing place right in the heart of Richmond super close to everything and the host was great and flexible with check-in and amenities

This is my second time staying and I love this place. So easy and cozy and clean. I will be returning.

I cannot say enough good things about Shaniesha’s place. It’s very clean, will all the amenities you need. She is very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of during my stay!

Adorable space just perfect for a weekend stay. We were in town for a concert at ting pavilion and it was about 20 minute drive to downtown area which is where we spent most of our time exploring places to eat and night life. The space was VERY clean and Bianca is an exceptional host who communicates well and added wonderful touches like wine and some breakfast foods. Great value and I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Sue’s place! What a lovely home, with a charming garden, and situated in a beautiful historic area. Sue made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout - such as a beautifully laid table readied for the next morning’s breakfast (provided!). We enjoyed walking to local eateries after a day of hiking around the James River parks, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the city from Libby Hill - just a few blocks from Sue’s place. We highly recommend Sue’s Airbnb and look forward to coming back!

The apartment is so beautifully decorated and very spacious, and we loved being able to walk to different restaurants and shops nearby. Bryson communicated quickly and was very helpful, we highly recommend staying here!

Great place, we enjoyed our stay with a 2 and 5 year old. It was very kid friendly except there were a few cords/wifi router/security things easily accessible to the kids. But otherwise, we enjoyed having the mostly private backyard and a crib set up and had no complaints!

A 4-day quiet and romantic anniversary trip was made even better by this beautiful cabin nestled in the trees in a quiet peaceful neighborhood abutting Lake Anna. The home was immaculate, and we loved the rain shower-heads and the screened-in porches front and back. And, you won’t find 2 more friendly and responsive hosts than Jeremie and Joelle. We had trouble locating a common area nearby the house, and we locked ourselves out on the last day while packing the car. They were jolly-on-the-spot quick with help. I don’t know that I’ve ever come across nicer hosts. Very clear communications from the start. There’s a hot tub on the back porch (we didn’t use it this time) and a jetted bath tub. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and the most quiet nights. An awesome experience all around!

I think I have the best Airbnb luck ever, but this tops it. I'd buy the place from him if he weren't such a splendid ambassador himself. Luke alone is worth the trip, but the house is perfect

The location is lovely and peaceful. Chris was very clear about the check-in process and how to get onto the property and into the cabin.

Nice Cabin. Super close to a food lion which was great for essentials. Host was very helpful with her direct instructions on how and where to enter the cabin and how to get there via alternative directions needed instead of the maps route. The game room downstairs was cool with the pool table as well.

Great stay! Host was super communicative and had everything well prepared for our stay - ample pillows, towels, and materials for campfire. Amazing stay and perfect for 8 people!

We have enjoyed the “Lighthouse Cove” on our wedding anniversary with our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids for several years. It has always been a great experience and the grandkids (ages six. seven, and 21 months) absolutely love being there. The property is very well kept. I just simply can’t say enough to describe this beautiful house and its location. I’m a chef so I can’t speak to the local restaurants other than there are many choices. Being a chef, you will find almost everything you will need to prepare your meals on site…..and I love that!! Ms Deb and me highly recommend the “Lighthouse Cove” and hope to return for many years! We had such a wonderful getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak and pedal boat. The house is beautifully located with so many opportunities for amazing lane views.

This secluded cabin was homey and inviting! We had a wonderful time here. It was very close to a wedding we attended and was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day!
