Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause in dem attraktiven, 75m2 großen Ferienapartment. Das Apartment befindet sich in der 1. Etage (Lift vorhanden) in der gepflegten Wohnanlage in Golf del Sur (GdS). GdS befindet sich an der sonnigen Südküste in der Gemeinde San Miguel. Wie der Name schon sagt liegen zahlreiche Golfplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die Nähe zum Meer macht die Lage der Gegend so einzigartig. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie die schöne Promenade, den Yachthafen, Restaurants und Cafe's.

Beautiful sunset view apartment

Beautiful apartment with swimming pool views and gorgeous sunset. The apartment is fully equipped: double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with comfortable chaise longue sofa and tv, dining space inside the apartment and spacious terrace with another dining area and sun chairs. The complex has a big swimming pool and it´s 2 min walk from the ocean, also near the port with water activities, sea promenade etc. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus stop right by the apartment

First Line Oceanfront: Stylish Retreat to Unwind

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

Loving Los Abrigos

L’appartamento Loving Los Abrigos ha un aspetto elegante e confortevole. Molto luminoso, con una spettacolare vista al mare. Il piccolo edificio si trova proprio di fronte il porticciolo. Los Abrigos è un piccolo villaggio di pescatori molto amato, che conserva ancora il fascino del tipico paesino sul mare, con molti ristoranti dove mangiare buon pesce appena pescato. Ci si può tuffare direttamente dal molo (o usare le scalette)per nuotare in un mare verde smeraldo In una parola RELAX
