Very nice stay! Right in the middle of Grand County, comfortable, clean and close to the trails. Brian was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back!

Mary’s place was great! Felt very comfortable! Great bed and cool property. Right next to a great trail for runs, and close to everything in Boulder. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area!

We loved this spot! The cottage was the cleanest we have ever been in- location was central- host was kind- hot tub was hot and clean. We had a wonderful time.

John’s place was the peaceful mountain retreat that we needed. The house was clean and cozy. The hot tub was the perfect vibe with the sound of the creek in the background. It truly felt like home away from home!

The property was spotlessly clean with plenty of natural light. It had a beautifully landscaped yard with an awesome hot tub. There are tons of beautiful art and photos throughout the house. I have rented many Air B&B's in the past, and this property is one of the best. It exceeded our expectations.

This is one of the best Airbnb‘s I have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable. I slept for almost 12 hours on the first night. The kitchen was intuitive and gave me ideas about how I want to change my own kitchen up at home. I liked cooking there better than my own kitchen! The place is very cozy and extremely well kept.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was tiny but very thoughtfully arranged and we found everything we needed. The hosts had been very thoughtful of the amenities we might need. They were nice to talk to and were responsive. The best feature was the garden areas. We ended up eating a bunch of our meals in the yard because it was so peaceful and beautiful.

Nice house WAY up around 10,000 feet in the mountains. Small home, not much room besides the living room and two bedrooms, but fits 4 people easily for a short trip. Hot tub was enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and responsiveness of the host were impeccable. Pam knows how to host and keep guests happy : ) The Cowboy Cottage is situated on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. This is tied for my all-time favorite place to stay and we will absolutely come back. Just a warning to future guests: if you love chocolate, snacks, and Coors - you will be tempted to partake in these included delectables and you will enjoy them! Thank you, Pam & Jim!!!

Great location for adventuring, easy to go to town or into the Mountains. Great Coffee shop right up the road, super nice community. The place was as advertised, Rex was super responsive for anything we needed. We would stay at Rex's again.

Ryan was the best host and his interaction and texts back and forth, made a very stressed situation (father - hospice & passing) bearable. He reached out immediately upon booking, and did everything in his power to make it a great stay. His orchard was starting to come into leaf and we wish we could have stayed to watch it all unfurl. At night the view is beautiful, as his property sits higher than the others. We would take our dog out and let her explore the large area while we just mellowed out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the night. When my dad passed he surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. He provided us with food recommendations etc when needed, honey and eggs from own aviary and hens Home is clean and bright, I looked forward to it after time spent caring for dad, so relaxing. Neighbourhood older, you can walk safely up and down street, and easy to get around town from. If or when I go back to Colorado, I will be booking Ryan's first if available. Great job!

Right on the Boulder Canyon Trailhead, 10min to Boulder and right on Boulder Creek. Great deal and very unique space.

This was the perfect spot for my family to retreat to after a long day of skiing. The house was very spacious, it had a great layout with three big bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The private creek in the back was incredible! We loved sitting out there watching the kids play near the water. Georgetown is the cutest town! We loved the corner candy store, the ice-cream was delicious. We went on a couple great hikes and played at both playgrounds. We ate at Cabin Creek brewery one night and we were pleasantly pleased with the food and the service. We hope to visit again next year. We made so many wonderful memories. Thanks Reyn for sharing your house with us!

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Love the location and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

Britt’s cabin was wonderful to come home to during our ski vacation week! It was a blast from the past featuring some old-school decor and cool light fixtures from days gone by. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean upon arrival. Both beds were extremely comfortable, and they were plenty of linens and blankets for anyone sleeping on the couch. The pullout couch does dip in the center so not well-suited for two persons. The location is extremely private and quiet but yet only a 10 minute drive to the Mary Jane base. The only amenity we would have liked to have was a dishwasher, but we adjusted to it right away. The TV is huge and there are many games and cards to enjoy. We cooked almost every night in the kitchen was well stocked with every thing that we needed. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub after a hard day on the slopes, and we all enjoyed the wrap around porch seating area. I am thankful that Britt accepts pets in her home and I would definitely return!

This cottage was beautifully decorated and perfectly cozy! I stayed alone and felt totally at ease. My flight was delayed and I got in pretty late. The building was nicely lit up and easy to find from the street.

This guesthouse was superb, We would highly recommend it. It was super clean, had everything you could need, was very walkable to downtown Castle Rock. The yard & the patio areas were amazing, so many beautiful plants & flowers. The owners take wonderful care of the property. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time. The hosts were very communicative. The house was warm, beautifully decorated and gave us a sense of history being on the mountain to ski. It deepened our experience and was lovely.

Kodiak Lodge is a wonderful Airbnb - a little piece of magic! The location is fabulous but the lodge is modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the shuffleboard especially! Also have thank you for the larder with basics - so convenient!

Dean was great; welcoming and friendly. Location was awesome and close to a lot of front range activities. The space was clean and just big enough for our large family. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Chickadee. Diane was an excellent host. Great response times, super helpful, but also very laid back. The place was very well put together and stylish, with all of the amenities. We loved it, and highly recommend.
