The Bungalow has a full kitchen, memory foam queen bed, bathroom with shower, patio and parking. We love creating a special place for all our guests. [HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

Raft, ski, kayak, or just explore our 40-acre farm trails! (We are pet friendly.)

Come stay at this rustic, unique, hand sculpted cob earth house in the heart of the gold country surrounded by wilderness. The house is magical inside and out, with unique curved walls and ceilings, facing a seasonal pond and home to much wildlife. Sit outside at night under the Milky Way, watching shooting stars and listening to toads in the pond. Please note the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is down an external staircase. There is no oven.
