I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

부안 해변 마라톤을 참가하기 위해서 친구들 가족과 전날 하루 묵을 숙소를 찾다가 예약 성인 5명 아이 3명이 지내기에 매우 넓은 집이고 깨끗함 사장님 응대도 친절합니다

특별한 숙소 분위기 좋았습니다~사장님 커피도 너무너무 맛있게 잘 먹었어요. 좋은 기억으로 남을 숙소였습니다.^^

역과도 가깝고 숙소도 넓고 왠만한 물품들이 다 있어서 너무 만족 했습니다. 응대도 빠르고 친절하셔서 기억에 남아요. 다음에 또 이용 하겠습니다.

Apartment is close to the train station and easy to reach. right in front of the building is a convenience and close by are restaurants. The apartment is just right for 1 person and very comfortable.

가족들과 함께 지내기에는 적합한 숙소였습니다. 성인 10명이 지내기 불편하지 않으며 바로 앞 주차장이 있어서 늦은시간 주차에도 여유가 있고 집에서 나와서 도로 건너면 슈퍼가 늦은시간까지 오픈하여 불편함이 없었습니다.

호스트님이 질문에 너무 친절하게 안내해주시고 배려해주셔서 편안하게 잘 머물다 갑니다. 집 및 구비된 물품 등 사진과 똑같고 소품 하나하나 생활하기 편하게 배려가 느껴져서 좋았습니다. 주변에 슈퍼 식당 등 편의시설도 가까워서 비교적 장기간 머무는 것도 편안했고 안전했습니다. 필요하거나 궁금한 것에 호스트님이 신속하고 친절하게 응답해주셔서 지내는 동안 마음이 편안했습니다. 추천합니다.

1. 주차공간 지상 주차 공간이 만석이면 바로 지하로 ㄱㄱ 저는 극성수기에 왔지만 주차 널널했습니다. (Gate.1 이 엘베타고 가기 수월합니다) 2. 수건 저는 3박4일 예약했고, 리뷰에는 수건이 추가요금이 붙는다 라고 했지만! 저는 밖에 나갔다 와서 계속 씻었는데 아직 수건이 6장이 남아있습니다! 3. 주변상권 1층에 이디야카페 편의점 치킨집과 좀더 걸으면 롯데마트인데 편집숍있어서 진짜 찐으로 좋은 가격에 하나 겟 했구용ㅎㅎ건너편 수변공원 있어서 돗자리깔고 맥주먹고 싶었어요. 그리고 근처에 돌산대교 이순신광장 포차거리 등등 차로가면 다 가깝습니다. 위치선정이 좋았던 숙소였습니다.

숙소 너무 좋았습니다! 4박 5일 정도 묵는 동안 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 되어있습니다. 무엇보다 호스트 분이 굉장히 친절하셨어요..👍👍 그리고 제가 잠을 잘 못자는 편인데, 방이 포근해서 잠이 솔솔 오더라구용..

The apartment is nice and well equipped. It gets plenty of daylight and it's great for working or studying. The location is also convenient. There are bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paul was very kind and quick to respond to my messages. I felt very comfortable. My stay was excellent.
