The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Birdhouse on the Beach

Birdhouse on the Beach is steps away from the beach and has an amazing view, in fact you basically drive on the beach to get to the house. The inside of the house is cozy and remodeled in January of 2021! The kitchen, bath, and living room were completely redone. A washer and dryer was added to the house along with 2 sets of bunk beds. Corazon Del Mar: A Beach House That Has Everything

Corazon Del Mar sits about 800 feet from the beach. Nearly everything is provided to our guests. All you will need to bring are your personal items. The house is pet and smoke free, however we provide two designated smoking areas outside. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and also a screen porch to escape from the mosquitoes. There is a large picnic area beneath the house with a gas grill, storage area, picnic table, porch swing and bench. There is also an outside shower.

We are pet friendly (well behaved fur babies only please), but we do not have a fenced in yard. Our home is fully equipped, with the exception of a washer/dryer. You can walk or drive to the beach, located at the end of our road. Come experience our cozy, relaxed, clean atmosphere, and enjoy a coffee or wine on the outdoor deck.
