Czas spędzony w tym domu był naprawdę cudowny. Bardzo dobrze wypoczęliśmy i się zrelaksowaliśmy. W okolicy jest piękna przyroda. Właściciele domu są bardzo milimi ludźmi. Na pewno tu wrócimy.

Miejsce dokładnie jak w opisie. Działka ogrodzona, nasze psy mogły swobodnie biegać. Bardzo spokojnie, wieczorami słychać trele licznych ptaków. Miejsce jest na uboczu, idealne do odcięcia się od zgiełku miasta. Do sklepu trzeba kawałek dojechać. Już myślimy o powrocie!

Polecamy domek osobom które szukają ciszy i spokoju zdała od tłumów i hałasu. Domek jest zlokalizowany w poblizu rzeki i terenów spacerowych- wystarczy wyjść za ogrodzenie. Domek jest wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia. Właściciele domku są bardzo komunikatywni, szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości.

Das Haus und der Garten sind eine wunderbare Oase mit viel Charme. Przemysław war sehr gut zu erreichen, hat auf Sonderanfrage sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend reagiert. Alles lief perfekt, von der Kontaktaufnahme, über den sympathischen Check in bis zum tollen Aufenthalt. Wie schön, dass es diese Adresse in Warschau gibt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Spędziliśmy tam kilka dni w majówkę i muszę przyznać, że jest to idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek blisko natury i możliwość relaksu z dala od miejskiego zgiełku.

We had such a wonderful stay there. Location is convenient. 15 mins from airport and 20 to the center by car. Many supermarkets are near as well. The apartment is well equipped and has everything for comfort stay. Highly recommend. Sebastian is very helpful and left clear instructions.

When I read the reviews about this accommodation, I realized that I would feel good here. Because the hosts are very attentive, and if any questions arise, they help to resolve them. And that's how it turned out. Huge thanks for the hospitality. The house has a very convenient location, close to the old town, attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The Wedel café nearby has very delicious hot chocolate. We enjoyed the local cuisine at Zapiecek. At the same time, it’s not too noisy at night. Yes, you can hear cars passing by sometimes. The apartment has everything you might need. The hosts pay great attention to detail. It's comfortable in winter, and the heating can be adjusted. The only downside for me was that the mattress was hard. If you are traveling with a group, note that the hosts have another studio apartment in the same building on the first floor. By the way, it has a very comfortable mattress for sleeping. Thank you!

Zdecydowanie polecam! Mieszkanie z duszą i klimatem ✨ Na wejsciu od razu ujął mnie zapach. Piękny widok z tarasu, czysto i ciepło. Wszystko co potrzebne bylo na miejscu, zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Polecam i dodaje do ulubionych ☺️

Der Aufenthalt bei Agata war wahnsinnig toll! Sie hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen, uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war flexibel und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war eine richtige Wohlfühloase - angefangen von den vielen Pflanzen über eine super ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu schönen Details in jedem Raum. Eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in einer günstigen Lage, von wo man schnell ins Zentrum kommt oder den Stadtteil erkunden kann. Unser Urlaub war dadurch extrem erholsam und schön - Ich würde defintiv zurückkommen und Agatas Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Czysty apartament wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy podczas podróży. Łazienka czysta, z ciepła woda i dobrym ciśnieniem. Łóżka wygodne i czyste. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Łatwy dojazd i dobre instrukcje. Gospodarz sympatyczny i szybko odpowiada :) Ogólnie serdecznie polecam, my chętnie skorzystamy ponownie!

Po raz drugi zostajemy u Pani Elżbiety i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu! Dobra lokalizacja, piękny apartament i przemiła Pani. Na pewno nie po raz ostatni tu byliśmy. Gorąco polecamy!😊

We stayed almost a week in Piotr’s apartment and it felt like home. We had an even better in this place than at home. The neighborhood is the best, there is an amazing cafe in the same building and a lot more just around the corner. The apartment is beautifully decorated with nice details and books. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and didn't miss anything. Piotr was easy to communicate and kind. I will come back in better weather. Thank you Piotr&Klara🫶

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, blisko do Lasu Kabackiego, w okolicy sporo sklepów i fajnych knajp. Mieszkanie dość duże i wygodne. Brakowało trochę wyposażenia, może ekspres do kawy, toster, część kuchennych rzeczy (olej, przyprawy) by się przydały, no ale to malutkie minusy. Poza tym wszystko super. Polecam.

Отличная квартира, все интуитивно понятно. Очень уютная. Было ощущение что живу у друга, который в отъезде.

Nice and clean apartment! Close to grocery stores and a large shopping center Arcadia. Close to a lot of public transport. And thanks Luigi for the great gifts :)

To all positive guest reviews, I want to add: I stayed here in the autumn period for over a month and found it a comfortable and safe place for a long stay. Clean apartment with good quality appliances that worked well. Perfect Wi-Fi connection. Elzbieta as a great host supported me during the whole period and helped even in the case of my problem at the end of my stay. I do recommend this apartment! a great Place to stay in warsaw. nice, clean, great location. Small kitchen, everything you need. there is one bed and one sleeping Couch in one room; so if you are 4 people just be aware that you will sleep in the Same room.

Чудове, чисте, дуже зручне помешкання. Дуже гостинний господар, завжди готовий допомогти. Обов'язково повернемось сюди ще. Дякуємо!

I enjoyed my stay at Royal Park very much. It was the first time in my life that I traveled completely alone. I felt very safe at the apartment and in the neighborhood, so everything got better from there. The apartment really had everything that anyone could want: comfy bed, comfy couch , modern appliances, tasteful decor, good lighting, and a very nice balcony. It was quiet and new. At first I thought that transportation from there might be a bit difficult, but it was really easy to take the bus 107 or 119 to almost anywhere. And for a little bit of a walk, you can catch the number 11 tram. I was so pleased with it all. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
