A newly created annex nestled in the foothills of Leckhampton Hill. 2 minute walk to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and 15 minute walk from the Cotswold Way. This beautiful, bijou annexe is self contained, with private entrance and off road parking, in a quiet, residential cul de sac. Finished to a very high standard throughout with double bed, sofa, smart TV, shower room, and kitchen with workspace. 30 minute walk into Regency Cheltenham.

Studio Flat - on Cotswold Way

Quiet garden flat above double garage with its own entrance. En-suite shower. TV, WiFi, larder fridge, microwave, double bed in small village with good public transport connections. Village on the Cotswold Way trail, 2.5 miles to J13 of the M5 motorway. Outside space includes bench seat, bistro set, parasol and wood burner. Use of the Summerhouse - 2nd key on key ring. Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Lower Slaughter is a quintessential Cotswold village, Copse Hill Road in Lower Slaughter, has been named as the most romantic street in Britain in a poll for Street View. The annex has its own entrance and features stone mullion windows and exposed stone wall. Facilities include wireless internet access, walk in shower and stand alone bath, super king bed, Smart TV with Netflix, well-equipped kitchen, bi-fold doors onto your own patio part of the larger cottage garden, under floor heating.

Idyllic rural location in Sheepscombe village

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Cosy Self Catering Maple House Lodge

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The bedroom has a super king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail and en-suite shower. Parking on site Guests are welcome to use our Gym

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Studio is located in the pretty Cotswold village of Broadwell which is 3 minutes drive from Stow on the Wold - the Heart of the Cotswolds. It has a local pub, The Fox Inn - which serves excellent classic pub food. Broadwell is 5 mins to Daylesford, 20 mins to Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm, 20 mins to Soho Farm House and lots of lovely villages. The Studio has fabulous views over open countryside. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway.
