This is an incredible property in an excellent location. As a family of 4 on a week long vacation we loved having space to spread out. We were in town to see the sites of the area and the location of the house was about a 20-30 minute drive to most spots we wanted to see this trip, which was perfect for us as we were not looking to stay in a busy area. Overall excellent spot to stay and Steve was very quick with responses to any questions. Thanks Steve!

There was a mixup in communication, but she took accountability and made everything right. She was super helpful/accommodating, and nice about any/all questions we had. Would recommend her to anyone!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

We loved staying at Tiffany's beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and the mickey room with bunkbed and slide. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of linens, pool towels, etc. were provided. Would highly recommend staying!

Such a beautiful home. Lots to do and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The scenery was amazing. We went with a family of 20 and there was room for everyone. There were books and a play kitchen for the kids, plenty of toys, dishes, blankets, etc. We would love to stay again in the future. Allison, was very responsive to any questions we had and responded in a timely manner.

Terry and Tommy responded to all my requests immediately every single. Very respectful and proactive every single time. Their home is amazing with amazing views overlookimg the whole city. was able to see deer very often. I hope when I return their home is available so we can stay there again. Great little private home! The host was very kind and responsive, especially when we had to extend our stay! Had everything you needed and was in a nice downtown area near a lot of restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cute, peaceful place to stay 🤗!!

This was a great spot for us (a group attending a local conference). The house is lovely, the back yard is huge, and it was easy to find/in a good central location. While we didn’t utilize it, this place would be a dream for families with little ones. There were toys, a crib, fun bunk beds, and enclosed outdoor space. Thanks for hosting us!

Our family had an amazing stay at Drew’s home! Great location and amazing views! Perfect for families. The house had everything we needed and more! Drew was a great host and very responsive. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Robin was very responsive and flexible when our plans changed. Robin’s home was very clean and welcoming. The pictures from the listing are good but the space and home were so much better. We felt right at home! The layout with 2 beds/bath was ideal for our family. There were enough basic supplies for us during our stay and were appreciated. The location was perfect for us and the area was quiet. We walked to Ivywild and the shops near Creekwalk. We appreciated Robin’s detailed instructions on how to find the rental home. It was a little tricky however we had no problem. Looking forward to staying again when we visit the area.

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's house, there is lots of space and has everything you need! She was a responsive and helpful host, and we would definitely stay here again. Our teens loved the foos ball table and comfy basement, and the kitchen is updated, clean, and has all the supplies needed for cooking. The house is also easy walking distance to Old Colorado City and several great shops and restaurants.

I was there for a family event. I didn’t spend much time at the house. We did take advantage of a bakery and coffee shop in walking distance for breakfast. House was very convenient to many walkable areas. Also close to site seeing attractions…short drive. House was clean and nice. Would definitely rent again.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

Our family of 10, including 2 infants and 1 toddler had a great stay here. The house is spacious and they provided 2 pack and plays, high chair, an infant seat and plenty of toys. The kitchen is enormous and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Hot tub was great. Great outdoor spaces, corn hole, basketball hoop and outdoor seating for relaxing and taking in the views. Highly recommend.

The home was easy to find, absolutely spotless, had all the things we needed including cooking utensils and basic ingredients. The grill worked perfectly. The couches and beds were comfortable and clean. Communication was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!!

Rick was a fabulous host, the house and yard fit our needs well. We enjoyed relaxing in several great gathering spaces, including the yard around the fire. Our first visit to Colorado Springs, did not disappoint! We loved exploring the beautiful area and found some great restaurants as well. We highly recommend the property!

Great, clean place in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to everything you need. It was great space for our our co-worker workshop. Will look to stay here again for future events.
