The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

Suitable for 4 people, the double bed can be split into two singles and the singles in the second room are of the narrow kind. We have a conservatory for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine and patio outside to watch those amazing sunsets. Because we have a fabulous view we do have 37 steps down to the apartment!! Bear in mind because we live upstairs you will hear us moving around above you.
