Our cozy cottage is nestled in the Limuru Highlands, amongst the lush tea plantations and is a charming and peaceful retreat location for discerning guests. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to recharge and is also very private. Guests can hike amongst the tea, ride their bicycles and wander with their dogs at leisure. Horse riding is also available if you book in advance. We are located 1 hr from the international airport, 40 mins from Karen, 35 minutes from the UN.

Its situated a short walk from a 100 acre lake where you can fish or simply enjoy the feeling of reconnecting with nature. You can also boat across and tour the neighbouring coffee farm. Kawamwaki Farm House is a 1920s colonial bungalow with beautiful views over a meadow and indigenous forest. It is in a quiet residential area. The house, which can sleep 8 people across 4 bedrooms, is fully staffed. Guests also have access to a living room (with roaring fire), TV room, large dining room and verandha with wonderful views. From there you can enjoy the private land on foot or horseback. Ideal for a quiet family weekend away - not a party house.

Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Young children aren’t permitted due to the steep staircase. The property is located less than 1.5km from the Hub Mall and only 2km from the Karen centre.
