Great place close to southern cross station. There’s also a lot of good Asian restaurants on the street. Very responsive and helpful host.

This unit is in a super location. Close to transport- trains, trams and buses. Quirky arcades with a good variety of different cuisines at reasonable prices. Higher Ground Cafe is just around the corner for deliciously different food and sublime coffee. The unit is very clean and well laid out. Overlooks Southern Cross Station, Marvel Stadium and Docklands. Trong Giang is a great communicator and responds to all questions in a timely manner.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment whilst visiting Melbourne with our daughter. The apartment provided a great base to explore Melbourne both centrally and out to the wider area, using trams and trains. The view from the apartment across Melbourne’s skyline was breathtaking. All the needed amenities were on offer, including a welcome swim and sauna after a day of over 20000 steps around the city.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

My partner and I booked this place for our anniversary and fell in love with how peaceful and lovely it was to stay here! We enjoyed that everything was pretty much in walkable distance, and the restaurants in the area were great! The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa though as the weather was much too cold for the beach. The host was also very friendly and responsive when needed - we would love to stay at this place again in future. 10/10.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Max was a wonderful host and this house is in a great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city center and was a 10-minute walk to the train, with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants within 5 minutes in each direction. The house itself was clean and tidy and included everything we could need for our stay. The beds were firm but comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. Max provided excellent support when the front gate lock was not working. He was patient with all of my questions, arranged for someone to look at it when it was malfunctioning, and gave us a small refund when it couldn't be repaired during our stay. In addition, he provided great recommendations for the area. I'm blown away by his thoughtfulness, especially after having a few sub-par hosts recently. I would love to stay here again!

Very happy with our stay here. Check-in was a breeze - it is with at Hotel but it's just next door so not inconvenient whatsoever. The place itself was very spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable with A/C available for 2 out of the 3. The downstairs living room area is a bit on the smaller side, but there's another one right upstairs with an even bigger TV and couch. We loved that they supplied milk, juice, cereal, bread, snacks, and butter/jam/vegemite to welcome us into the home. The in-unit laundry is also extremely helpful for those staying awhile in Melbourne. The location is pretty good. While West Melbourne is generally a little bit "out of the way" from CBD, you're only a 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria station which gets you access to the free tram. Or, you're less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest station if you want to pay fare. The only thing we had issue with was the wifi not reaching the bedrooms. We were out most of the day anyway so it didn't impact us much.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Jodie‘s incredible Airbnb, and it is hands down one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. From the moment I booked the place, communication was seamless. Jodie was incredibly responsive, to any question and providing helpful tips about the area. The house itself was so spacious even more beautiful than the photos. It was absolutely spotless, cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the little details that made it feel like home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and the bathrooms had all the amenities we could possibly need. I was also really impressed with the high-quality linens and toiletries. It is really clear the host cares about their guest’s comfort. Location was great too, tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to all the local attractions. An oasis to unwind for a group of Mums who desperately needed some time out!!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This apartment was in a perfect location to visit Melbourne, the tram is close and it is easy to walk to what ever else is needed. Clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you could need in a city stay, building amenities fantastic. Check in was very easy out of hours as our plane arrived late, everyone involved responded appropriately and timely, it was a very easy and nice stay. Stayed with 2a2c.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Beautiful place, great view and a great place for accessing transport

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
