Final Seasons.After 10 years,my wife and I will host the Tartan Rabbits final Winter,Spring and partial Summer seasons.We can't thank everyone enough for staying with us over the years.We have made many friends & loved having folks create memories at our home. 2026 Summer season is 1, 2 or 3 weeks stays that are from Friday to Friday. 14 Acres, a 1/2 acre swimming and fishing pond, a small river, a waterfront fire pit, hammocks and close to skiing at Mount Sunapee, Ragged Mountain and Pats Peak.

Come build memories at this beautiful lake front house with its own dedicated deep water slip (across the street), a large deck on the water with diving board, and another deck attached to the house. A sandy public beach , restaurants, and Mt Washington boat stop are only steps away. This well-kept house has an open concept, fully applianced modern kitchen, a 55" smart 4K Roku TV, 1 gig fiber internet/wi-fi, a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms, grill*, all the comforts of home, and so much more.

This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet comes with a private beach, hot tub, camp fire, and stunning views. It’s a serene home base to explore everything the Lakes Region has to offer. Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Or simply dine with a view and play board games. We have poured our hearts into making this place romantic yet practical for families. Enjoy!

This gorgeous property features 3 bedrooms- 1 King bed in the master suite, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a cozy retreat. With 2 bathrooms, including a soaking bathtub, you can unwind in style after a day of exploring. The rec room offers an additional sleeping space with a queen bed. Space for parking a boat to use in the best lake in New Hampshire! Conveniently located off of route 28 for easy access to all areas in the Lakes Region.

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

COVID UPDATE: We know everyone has different levels of concern regarding the virus. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property.
