Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

De ligging nét aan Station Gent-Sint-Pieters maakt dat u beschikt over verbindingen met trein, tram, bus en taxi, nét voor de deur (1 min). De gezellige en veilige buurt biedt een 7/7 supermarkt, winkels, bars, restaurants, nachtwinkel (allen op 1 min) en een groen stadspark met speeltuin in de onmiddelijke omgeving. De straat is verkeersarm en dus opvallend rustig. Het appartement biedt alle comfort.

The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 4 kilometers away from the city centre of Ghent. Check-in Monday - Friday: 18:00h check-out: 12:00h Check-in Saturday - Sunday: 14:00h check-out: 11:00h Day of check-in you can use the option to dropp luggage, parking space and bikes before 18:00h. Option available from 12:00h! We are both working as teachers fulltime during the week. We prepare and clean the rooms after the working hours. That's why our check-in starts in the evening.

Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

Inside you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed, a modern bathroom, fridge, and JURA espresso machine. Designed as a serene retreat, it invites you to unwind and recharge. Breakfast is not included, but plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby. A private parking space is available for €15/night and can be reserved when booking.

Ruim appartement in architectenwoning Haasdonk

Onze woning is de oude woning van de architect in het dorpje Haasdonk. Op het gelijkvloers hebben we onze Airbnb ingericht, waar voorheen de tekentafels stonden. Haasdonk is nog een groene long, gelegen tussen Gent en Antwerpen. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis om cultuur, kunst of historie op te snuiven in een van beide steden. Of bezoek Hof ter Saksen, ons prachtig parkbos, het fort van Haasdonk of wandel en mountainbike op een van de vele paden in de bossen van Haasdonk.

Cet appartement A L’ÉTAGE chez l'habitant offre, à 25 km de Bruxelles et à moins d’1 heure de Pairi Daiza la possibilité d'un bain végétal et animal ! Niché dans une demeure pittoresque, il peut accueillir 4 à 5 personnes: deux chambres (deux lits simples, un lit king size et un canapé lit). Terrasse, table et banc en été à la belle saison, à l'avant de la maison. La propriétaire offre la possibilité (à la demande) d’aller voir ses ânes qui paissent non loin en prairie.
