This was our third booking with Simarjeet and we have stayed in both of his guest house locations in the Safdarjung Enclave. Simarjeet is very friendly and he is extremely communicative and he ensures your arrival experience is as smooth and seamless as it can be. He has an excellent team of staff who will welcome you, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood. Breakfast and all refreshments are provided and other meals are also available on request. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels are provided for use in the ensuite shower room. A walk out to Green Park will reward you with good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The nearest Metro station is 5-10 mins walk away and there are always tuktuk drivers buzzing around that are willing to take you anywhere. Simarjeet is also a fantastic and knowledgeable guide , you will not regret choosing to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at apartment. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself was spacious for our family of 6. Would recommend for future stays!

I visited blu O Stays for 1 night from 13 dec 2024 till 14 Dec 2024. Amar was my POC and he was always proactive and courteous in answering my queries or while reaching out. the place was great and had all the amenities + was clean/maintained and had access too good restaurants nearby. Also, I loved the complimentary snacks that were put up as welcome. the place had room heater / extra towels / air purifier / TV with streaming services / balcony and was a great fit for my needs. I'd recommend this place to others too.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

The place was much better than what I had expected. The host was very responsive and was very friendly as well. Vishwadeep ensured we had a peaceful stay. There are Gyms, Salons, and great options to dine within 300 mtrs. I had a lovely time with my family. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Gurgaon.

The place is exactly like it is shown in photos, the location is good, right near metro station. Rakesh was so helpful and made the entire check in process smooth and easy. He took care of every query and resolved any issues within minutes.

The place is just as the picture, it is clean, fresh and homely!! Washroom’s always a problem for us but this one was just fresh!! Staffs are always just one call away!! The place is located at a nice location and it is within the mall premises which means you get cafés, restaurants, super market etc all close by. The room was pretty good for the price I paid and was very clean too. My stay was good here and I’d come back again.

This location is just what I needed - outside of main city, and yet very well connected. The view from the apartment is pretty expansive and surrounding is peaceful. Interiors were well done, very clean, comfortable and had a cosy vibe. Ended up extending my stay because it felt right at home. Owners, Sonam and her father were such gracious hosts and made sure everything was in order, regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Sonam goes out of her way to align daily necessities and additional services for you. The check-in and check-out was a breeze too. Super hassle free, just what you need if you need to break away. Highly recommended.

1st time I used airbnb and this accommodation is superb . Specially its a private studio and not anything common to share. Only thing its bit far from Gurgaon main developed sectors like phase 2 , 4 or you wanna travel cyber hub.

I am always particular about my choices. I browsed at least 100 places for my stay. This place stood-out amongst all. The interior, the furniture, the placement, the balcony, the area outside, everything was just perfect. Plus the place was clean, welcoming and the host, Richa was prompt and enthusiastic about everything, which was just cherry on top. Everything was working, there was some electricity issue for which the building staff took the responsibility and helped with it quickly. On a critical note: All the guards seemed to be a bit hostile, and on mission mode which I liked. But I assume, not many people would like that attitude. The bathroom was a little cramped. I felt that as someone coming to an Airbnb in this setting, some more details about how things work, what are the things to do nearby, things to eat, places to sit(even a mandir or the swimming pool) would have been really helpful so that I did not have to disturb Richa for each and everything.
