Thank you for accepting our last minute booking! Rooms, kitchen and toilets were very clean! No visible dust seen during stay. Aircon were working perfectly. Clear instructions given by the host. And host was very fast in replying too 👍🏽 Unit is very suitable for big family. I had a family of 9, the beds were more than enough. They had extra mattress too. Nice view from the living room balcony. Cons; The cupboard was very close to the beds so you couldn't really open the cupboard door. If you're staying for 2 nights(like me), it shouldn't be a problem as you don't really need it. Swimming pool was closed too :( Kinda sad cos the whole family was looking forward to swim in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if I'm bringing my big family again!

Great location,clean and neat accommodation, close to shopping malls for food and essentials. The apartment was very tidy and comfortable, perfect for a small family with everything you need supplied. Kids loved the pool and close walk to train station and the novena square2 mall. Joseph's apartment is very clean and tidy.. enough for 12 of us. When we had to call him in the middle of the night, he quickly responded. Bonus: There are 2 parking space reserved for guests. Very recommended to stay at Joseph’s apartment. Thank you, Joseph.

Not favoured for driving as need to park at level 8. Better grab than drive in & out.

Definitely recommend this place. Situated away from the R&F we know, its phase 2 of R&F’s expansion. Check in was very easy, service was quick as well. Was immediately wow-ed when we entered the room. felt like a hotel. It was so spacious and clean, everything felt so new. TV had netflix and there were toothbrushes, combs, water bottles provided. Microwave and Oven were available as well. The stairs are quite small and narrow, so would be avoidable if you have young kids or old folks. Connection was quite terrible without WIFI as it is too near SG. Advisable to book grab and make sure its arriving before heading down as theres no network at all. Overall, great stay and will definitely come back again!

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Everything is perfect, my parents and kid love it so much. Owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

This is great place for families to get together and chill, spend time together and travel out for activities. The house is strategically placed amongst nice places to eat and shop. House is big, clean and the biggest room can likely sleep about 8 people. Place feels safe as it is in a gated community. All guests vehicles are registered will need to have their license and picture taken. Sounds like a very good security policy put in place. We had some minor issues with one of the room's aircon not being cold. What surprised me was the responsiveness of the host, they replied at 2am and got people to help at 9am next morning! Impressive! One of us also locked ourselves out and the host came down right away to help us. Rest assured, this host knows what they are doing. Well done!

Was overall a wonderful stay. Was very well equipped for a large group, beds were comfortable plenty of pillows!! Beautiful place really, for such a large place it was very clean overall and the aircons were great! there was a grocery store right next door, space was definitely right for large groups. Not much to do in the area but not an issue for us as We didn’t even head out after we checked in. A bit pricey but if I had a big group I would be back again. If I had to mention any downside A few gripes were that some ants were found on the bedsheets(but dead/rly small) no bins in the bathroom, no extra toilet rolls, and only one hairdryer that we could find! But overall would Defo reccomend

A good place to stay but theres an event on sunday and they did their speaker testing at 12am at night. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

This unit is 10 walk from ciq via the bridge linkway and the condo is full of amenities (pool and gym). As it's within the mall, finding food is a breeze. The apartment is well kept and maintained. It's relatively new and gives a cozy feeling upon checking in. Host is also responsive to our requests. We faced some confusion when checking out as we are not familiar with the parking rules set by the apartment mgt. The host understood the situation and gave us some time allowance to sort it out which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely book this unit if we are having staycation in JB. Thanks, Pee

host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. even when I text at 11pm, Aaron is very responsive and assisted me with my enquires. the house is big and all amenities are well provided for. very clear instructions for check in. they even have table tennis and tv console for entertainment. my kids love the stay. will definitely book with them again.

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

Great location with million dollars of sunset view.. the units was also clean.. satisfying stay at Ana’s place & drfinitely will come again
