Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

We had 9 people and the hosts were more than accomodating. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to sleep in and we had 2 washers and dryers! We were in town for a swim meet so having the extra laundry was a plus! The kitchen/dining area was very spacious and able to accomodate our large group.

The location of the place was perfect for our trip. We could walk to many nearby attractions or take a short drive. Jason was easy to work with and kept us in the loop.

We were in town for a short stay and Jamison & Raafi was perfect. An HGTV fan we couldn’t resist not staying here. It’s a beautifully reinvented home that’s cozy and comfortable. There are no downsides to this property. It’s close to downtown and other major sites In Memphis. You can’t go wrong with staying at this beautiful property.

Great stay overall! The space had all the amenities listed, and the location was excellent; close to the city with quick and affordable Uber rides to just about anywhere. I loved being able to walk to a delicious brunch spot nearby, too. It’s a renovated motel, so you can expect some city noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for an urban stay. The parking was a bit tight, but my car felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the locked gate. My advice: park your car inside the gate and use Uber to explore the area, it made things super convenient. We had two cars so we parked my car in the gate and parked our second car (larger truck) in the monitored ally behind the building. Would definitely stay here again for the location and ease!

Big shoutout to Haynes the host because this was without a doubt the MOST accommodating Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. He tailored the decor to match our Memphis plans, local recommendations were EVERYWHERE, the location was perfect, and the entire experience was unmatched. I will absolutely be staying here again and I’ve already recommended this place to friends as well.

First, we almost never write reviews (just not really review people - haha)! Genny and Paul’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed (just as described and we also messaged to verify a few things before hand and all worked out just as it was explained to us). We felt well served (and even spoiled) by the “little things” that Genny and Paul clearly put thought into to make the stay so nice - organized baskets, chic appliances, and overall functionality. We also have two doodles - so, the laundry and storage area to crate them, grassy areas near by for their business, and the patio for lounging worked perfectly for our dogs! Lastly, the kids loved the outdoor TV, hot tub, the pond, and we all loved the overall area to walk/look about this wonderful scenery! We are just so impressed and would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Genny and Paul!

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Perfect place to stay with children! The next time my son has a ball tournament we will stay here for sure! The upstairs was a great bonus
