Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach, mit freiem Blick in 3 Himmelsrichtungen. Eine stilvolle Sauna mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

Entspannen Sie sich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft direkt am Ufer des Wörthersees, mit direktem, privaten Seezugang und großer Liegewiese. Die Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung hat einen grandiosen Blick über den schönsten See Österreichs und eine einzigartige Terrasse um unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge zu erleben. Außerdem ist bei Bedarf ein Bootsanlegeplatz an der Marina direkt am Grundstück vorhanden. Gegenüber ist der Kärntner Golfclub Dellach und das Gourmet Restaurant Hubert Wallner.

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.
