You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Stort udvalg af cafeer, restauranter, supermarkeder og special butikker + bedste ismejeri : ) 10 min. gang til Dyssegård St., tog til centrum, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) til centrum, 20-25 min. Obs. Loftshøjde 190 cm.

Ground floor of a 2-storey cozy villa, close to public transport and 10 min walk from the beach. Situated in a beautiful quiet area of Hellerup 6 km from Copenhagen centre. The S-train is 5 min walk away and will take you down town Copenhagen in 10 min. The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Charming penthouse near Copenhagen

Centralt beliggende stilfuld og hyggelig lejlighed i Hellerup 6 km nord for København tæt på Øresund, Charlottenlund Fort med badestrand, skov og Strandvejen med gode spisesteder og butikker udlejes. Herfra kan I hurtigt og nemt kommer ind til alle seværdighederne i København eller nyder de mange faciliteter i området. Lejligheden ligger øverst i en rolig opgang og har stor sydvendt, uforstyrret altan. Lige nedenfor lejligheden finder I dagligvarebutik, en god bager samt busforbindelser.

Området er 10 min gang til S-tog og bus til Københavns med kultur og shopping, Nordsjælland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Gå-oplevelser i naturen i Dyrehaven, nærliggende parker og ved hav og strand.

Nyd et ophold i en ægte dansk klassiker, designet i 1966 bygget i 1973. Denne båd er bygget i glasfiber, med interiør i Teak og mahogni med focus på rummelighed. Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.
