Stort udvalg af cafeer, restauranter, supermarkeder og special butikker + bedste ismejeri : ) 10 min. gang til Dyssegård St., tog til centrum, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) til centrum, 20-25 min. Obs. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.
