Filipe was communicative throughout our stay, very responsive. Clear instructions for check in and check out. The unit was within walking distance of a few restaurants and beautiful parks. We enjoyed our stay, it was just what we needed.

A diamond in the rough! Fantastic location and cozy living space made our stay even more perfect while visiting with family. The home was cozy and clean and offered all the amenities you could need, like a home away from home. Our fur baby was able to quickly acclimate to being away from home given the extreme comfy vibe. If you’re looking for a great space this is the one!

Stayed with some friends to see a comedy show and it was a quick uber to KeyBank Arena! Would love to stay again when visiting Buffalo.

This was our favorite place so far in Swillburg and South Wedge. Quiet Street. Great parking. SO close to amenities! and a very nice, clean atmosphere inside. We hope to stay here again as we visit the area frequently.

The apartment was very lovely, we liked it a lot! You can find there everything you need. Ryan was very helpful and check in and check out was very easy. I can very much recommend the place to everyone else.

Had a wonderful weekend stay! Mary was very responsive to any messages I sent to her, and the place was perfect! I would definitely look to stay here again if in the Buffalo area. Mary even went so far as to offer to mail me an item that I left! Over and beyond! Highly recommend!

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Felt right at home. We had a longer stay (3 weeks) so having all the things; laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher.. was perfect. The half circle driveway is great for not only getting out on the busier street but also loading and unloading the car. The beds were so comfy I slept so well. Having everything accessible on the first floor (except laundry) is great for mobility issues and giving second floor and basement space is great for family members to space out. Super happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sajjad and Jennifer for your hospitality!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

I was in the area with a work colleague, while searching for a hotel we found Olha's house. We rented it for a week. Nice for us the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the furnishings were good. There was nothing missing, especially in the kitchen. There was even a gas grill available in the back yard. When we arrived it started snowing heavily and it continued like that all week. Ohla even made sure the driveway was cleared. There was also salt in the garage to prevent ice on the sidewalks. The rarea was very quiet and you felt very safe. It was also no problem to reach a restaurant/pub in 15-20 minutes by foot. in short, five stars We can only say Thank You

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

Cute house, private and plenty of room in the house! Deer were plentiful and it was awesome to see them through the windows every day. We got lots of pics and videos of them.

Our stay at Anthony's home was absolutely wonderful! The house was in a great location. It was clean, cozy and more than met all of our family's expectations. Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our family visit to Buffalo, Jon's home is located in a great area for taking strolls around the neighborhood, and close to some really fantastic restaurants. The home itself was ample space, and for anyone who loves the charm of an old home, this had it in spades. It was really lovely, clean, and had all the amenities a family with a baby could need. We would definitely recommend checking out Jon's place.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

I travel a lot for work and family leisure and prefer to stay at airbnbs where they are clean, comfortable, and the host pays attention to detail. This property knocked it out of the park!
