This area of Nashville has plenty to offer with the biggest Mall in Tennessee and lots of restaurants and things to do. It can also be a quiet relaxing time if that is what you like. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please respect the quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We are a short distance from the airport and there is a train station down the road that goes into Nashville in the mornings and evenings. We are a short cab or Uber ride to the Honky Tonks and happenings downtown as well. Nashville has the highest Hotel rates in the nation. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
