Quiet apartment Soest countryside central Holland

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

A Mexican/Frida Kahlo inspired, pet and child friendly and cozy apartment in the heart of Zeist with a unique city garden. Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

TV, Wifi, eigen douche en toilet (kleine badkamer) , 2 aparte slaapkamers boven met 1 een- en 1 tweepersoonsbed. Kinderbedje en speelgoed is ook aanwezig. Het heeft een eigen voordeur, eigen terras, weinig inkijk en op loopafstand van een boel voorzieningen. Informatiemap mbt activiteiten in omgeving is aanwezig.

Licht en ruim, met ruim 50m2 is er genoeg ruimte voor een luxe verblijf voor 2 personen. Keuken, kamer, badkamer, aparte toilet en slaapkamer zijn allen nieuw en luxe. We hebben de zelfstandige studio ingericht met materialen van hoge kwaliteit. Zoals je het zelf thuis ook zou willen. Hoewel wij geen ontbijt serveren zorgen we bij aankomst altijd voor een koelkast gevuld met wat drankjes, boter, yoghurt/kwark, eitjes, jam. Ook zijn er ontbijtgranen, olie/azijn, suiker, koffie en thee.

Het Vlinderhuisje is een eenvoudig vrijstaand en betaalbaar verblijf ligt in een woonwijk aan de rand van het dorp. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang. Het centrum én de bossen zijn makkelijk te bereiken. You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
