Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

My family and I had a great time at Dream on Main. Plenty of room for us and my daughter loved the playroom & fuseball table in the basement. We got to enjoy the hot tub, but not the fire pit (maybe next time). We enjoyed the snacks that were left in the kitchen for us! We used Door Dash & Instacart for groceries for the long weekend, never had an issue with the deliveries. We could hear the trucks on Main st & saw that the bedrooms had white noise machines, but we did not feel the need to use them. We cant wait to come and stay again!

My family and I absolutely loved our time here! We instantly felt at home and were able to run out during the day and do all sorts of fun activities and be able to come back to a comfortable and peaceful home where we could rest and reset for the next day’s activities. Dee’s home is so so charming and we will definitely be staying again if it’s available the next time we’re in town!

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

Very spacious and pretty place for my sisters bachelorette weekend in! Kitchen was fully stocked. View and hot tub were the best part! The host allowed me to come extra early to decorate and responds within SECONDS with all my needs and questions. Thank you!

Older house but very comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs are railroad so you will have to walk through one to get to the other. One bathroom but it's nice and well stocked. Nice views into the farms and valleys. Only issue we had was one of my friends was afraid of the old house noises from the wind. Great for families or a few friends looking for a low key place to stay

The house was just what we needed for our stay. The rooms felt bigger than they appeared in the pictures, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The outside views were peaceful and very picturesque. The only drawback was that the play set from the picture was not there for my kid to enjoy. We did like the porch swing.

This little quaint place was what me and my honey needed! It was small yet spacious and it was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s exactly how it looked in the photos. The host was responsive and super helpful, and that was very appreciated!!! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying there!!

Very remote place we seen a lot of wildlife from the house and when we walked the trails..Dave and Barb were very helpful with everything thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us we hope to come back soon..
